As always, any complaints issued after the installation will be handled in a prompt and professional manner. Your sales technician will carefully review the terms of your warranty at the time of purchase to ensure there is no confusion about what is covered under the warranty.
Alside Windows continuing services are available beyond the one year free warranty for very reasonable prices. Approximately one month prior to the first anniversary of your windows installation, you will be contacted by a representative who will discuss the continuing warranty and services options available to you. You will also receive a one-time complimentary cleaning and service-check of all your purchased Alside Windows products. Please alert us to any complaints about Alside Windows at this time. A service request for repair or replacement of damaged windows or window hardware may be issued. These repairs and/or replacements may or may not be covered under the limited-warranty.
